Summary

Fahrenheit 451 was written by Ray Bradbury. In the beginning Montag is a proud fireman "with the brass nozzle in his fists, with this great python spitting its venomous kerosene upon the world, the blood pounded in his head, and his hands were the hands of some amazing conductor playing all the symphonies of blazing and burning to bring down the tatters and blazing and charcoal ruins of history". When he meets Clarisse she asks Montag a variety of questions which made Montag come down to the point that hes is not happy. In the middle of the book a war is about to begin and Montag has started reading books but in this society you can't read books because they make you think if you are caught with books your house will be burned down. When Montag is burning a old ladies house down he decides to steal the bible but the lady decides she wont leave so she burned the house with her inside of it. Montag feels bad with that lady still on his mind, burning and dieing. He has like 5 book hiding in his grill, one day he shows the books to Mildred, now Mildred was included in this crime. She didnt want her house burned, she also did not want to go to jail. Montag was in the firehouse when someone called. "Come on, jump for it!", they headed for a house. Montag would never expected, "Why," said Montag slowly, "we've stopped in front of my house.". Then Montag was forced to kill the firemen and had to kill the hound dog too. He started to run to Faber's house. The government send a new hound dog. The hound dog was following Montag's smell so Montag had to get dirty or take a shower. When he got to Faber's house he got dirty clothes from Faber and ran to a river for his life. When he got to the river he tuck of his cloths and changed into what faber geve him.
