Summary
Fahrenheit 451 was written by Ray Bradbury. In the beginning Montag is a proud fireman "with the brass nozzle in his fists, with this great python spitting its venomous kerosene upon the world, the blood pounded in his head, and his hands were the hands of some amazing conductor playing all the symphonies of blazing and burning to bring down the tatters and blazing and charcoal ruins of history". When he meets Clarisse she asks Montag a variety of questions which made Montag come down to the point that hes is not happy. In the middle of the book a war is about to begin and Montag has started reading books but in this society you can't read books because they make you think if you are caught with books your house will be burned down. When Montag is burning a old ladies house down he decides to steal the bible but the lady decides she wont leave so she burned the house with her inside of it. Montag feels bad with that lady still on his mind, burning and dieing. He has like 5 book hiding in his grill, one day he shows the books to Mildred, now Mildred was included in this crime. She didnt want her house burned, she also did not want to go to jail. Montag was in the firehouse when someone called. "Come on, jump for it!", they headed for a house. Montag would never expected, "Why," said Montag slowly, "we've stopped in front of my house.". Then Montag was forced to kill the firemen and had to kill the hound dog too. He started to run to Faber's house. The government send a new hound dog. The hound dog was following Montag's smell so Montag had to get dirty or take a shower. When he got to Faber's house he got dirty clothes from Faber and ran to a river for his life. When he got to the river he tuck of his cloths and changed into what faber geve him.

Mood
Angel- There is many moods in F451. One of them is confused, when Clarisse asks Montag if he’s happy, that’s when Montag gets confused and starts to question the world. Another mood is scared because people are scared to tell other people that they read and think. People get surprised when they found out that a fireman like Montag reads.
Pablo- The mood of F451 is confused. Through out the book Montag is confused and is forced to question himself and the society. " Is what I do wright or wrong ". Montag wants to see why books are baned so he decides to read a book. But little did we know that montag has many books.
Jose- The mood in F451 is sad because you cant have books in your house. People who like to read books get sad because the fireman burn their books and house down. They have to be the same as everyone else. Also the fireman takes you to jail if you have any sort of book.

Theme
Angel- The theme is of this F451 is peace and war. The theme is peace and war because some people find their peace in books, while the government wants to control the people by not letting them read or think, the war is the people that read V.S. the government.
Pablo- The theme of F451 is peace and war. In the book Montag loves being a fireman burning houses. At the climax of the book they announce that a war is going to begin. In the resolution the war begins. "The bombs where flying o run millie run"
Jose- The theme is peace and war, because in this society peace is almost not aloud only with your family, this society has a profusion of war. They don’t accept books because books are illegal, if you have book they will burn your house down that’s where the war starts. When they finish burning you house, that’s where the war stops.

Setting
The setting takes place in the future where the people are brainless and don’t think. People aren’t allowed to walk around so much. If they want to go somewhere they have to go at least 90mph. People destroy stuff for fun, and don’t talk to each to much.

The Main Idea
You may consider the burning of books as the main idea of Fahrenheit 451, but my group and I think differently.
Angel- The main idea of F451 is that no one said life was going to be easy. Montag think he's happy, when he meet Clarisse she made him question himself and that when Montag's life wasn't easy no more. "Are you happy?" this was the question that changed it all. I want you to do this job all by your lonesome, Montag. Not with kerosene and a match, but piecework, with a flame thrower. Your house, your clean up.", this is hard for Montag because he has to burn his own house.
Pablo- I consider the main idea of Fahrenheit 451 to be that life has many changes ahead for you. In the beginning of the book Guy Montag is a proud fireman "It was a special pleasure to see things eaten, to see things blackened and changed". After the meeting Clarisse he started to question himself and what he does "Do I really love my wife". The end of the story is when the bombs blow up the city and Montag begins his new life.
Jose- The main idea in F451 is that sometimes life isn't fair, because in the book people who like to read have to be running from the law. The people have to run from the law think that life i sent fair and they cant do anything about it. What the government say something has to go it has to go because they have more power than the people that are not the law.
